Neighborhood Luncheons

The Neighborhood Luncheon program is a Dutch Treat get-together usually held during the first two months of the quarter at a local Spring Creek Bar-B-Que restaurant   It is our hope it will enrich the membership experience of all of our members by offering those who do not feel comfortable attending a function in the Houston Galleria area an opportunity to enjoy a social event with fellow Chevron retirees.   If you are not comfortable driving to the Galleria, or if you just want an excuse to eat out, please keep watching this Website, the quarterly newsletter, and your email for an announcement of an event closer to you.  Of course, you are most welcome to attend multiple luncheons.  We would love to see you more than once a quarter.

Luncheons are currently being planned in the following neighborhoods:

At local Spring Creek Bar-B-Que Restaurants

  • IH-45 North (Spring/The Woodlands) - September 25, may repeat January 8
  • IH-10 West (Katy) - November 13, may repeat January 15
  • Hwy 59 South (Sugarland) not scheduled, will be scheduled in January or February
  • IH-45 South (Pearland) not scheduled, will be scheduled in January or February
  • Hwy 59 North (Humble) not scheduled, will be scheduled in January or February


At C&J BBQ Restaurant in Bryan, TX

  • Hwy 6 Northwest (Bryan/College Station) – November 15, may repeat January 22
